4.4.1 Many times it is found that a member is unequipped to deliver the responsibilites.
Resolved
that all such members should become the Normal Members (Karyakarini Sadasya) in the committee.

4.4.2 This has been in demand that a member should be issued an appointment letter and Identity card as soon as possible. As per the norm the right is with the respective president of the committee, but somehow this never materialised. The head-office has started issuing the ID Cards on experimental basis charging Rs. 100 for designing, printing, material and posting etc. Therefore as per the recommedation of Mr. Mukesh Jangda of Sonepat that both Appointment letter and ID card should be issued centrally charging the processing fee of Rs 100/- Resolved that Rs 100 will be charged with membership fee and provide the service.

9th April, 2023: The above charges of Rs. 100 stands waived with immediate effect as will be born from 30% of their contribution.

4.4.3 The selection of members should happen by the nomination process only. The election process will not be followed at any level. We strogly feel that the election processes do more harm than benefits. Nomination on merits create harmonious results.
It is the conduct during the service tenure and on the basis of merits of the person, nominations should be done with the unanimus decision of the local committee,. The appointed person should serve for his term of 5 years. Resolved that Nominations should be followed as a norm.

4.4.4 It is a common practice that when the term of President of a committee completes, the committee is desolved. This is not followed In ABSVM. For the continuum of the operations each member should complete him term of 5 years from his/her date of appointment. This practice will lead to achieve the Mission easily and create unity in the society.

4.4.5  If there is a problem in nominating a person then the help of Senior level committee should be taken.  The decisions taken thus should be honored.

4.4.6 If any member is being promoted then it should be transparent. His services rendered as per his duties and able to lead in a team work should be considered with other contributions. Such decisions should also be taken unanimously by the committee.

4.4.7 It is highly recommended that when a President steps into his final year of term, he/she should identity most helping hand among his deputies and with the consent of committee should declare him/her as his successor. This will make the changeover easy at the time of completion of the term.
